+ How do I set up an account?
Call or email us with your business details: Business Name, Contact Name, Shipping Address, Telephone Number, Email Address and a method of payment.
+ Do I need to provide a business license?
Yes or a business name with valid website.
+ Do you have a minimum order?
No we do not have a minimum order. Soluzione Spa Products truly believes in supporting all types and sizes of businesses, therefore we do not require a minimum order for your initial and all future orders.
+ How do I place an order?
If you have already set up your account you can call, email or fax us your order. We can provide you with electronic excel order forms for all of our lines; this will assist you in making sure your order is in line with your budget.

+ What types of payment do you accept?
- We take all major credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, Amex and COD (Cheque on Delivery).
- Debit or Cash is accepted on pick up orders only.
- Net 30 terms can be set up after 1 year of steady ordering from us. Please request a credit application from us and submit to sales@soluzionespaproducts.com or fax it to 604.684.2760.
+ Do you ship orders throughout Canada and USA?
- Yes, we ship nationally.
- Orders within Canada are shipped via Purolator.
- Orders within the USA are shipped via UPS.
- If you are located in the lower mainland, you can pick up your order.
* (note we must be notified at the time you place your order that you wish to pick up, you will be given the amount of time it will prepare us to have your order ready however most orders are ready same day).
+ How much is shipping and how long does it take?
- The cost of shipping depends on the weight of the order and where it is being delivered to. The length of time for delivery depends on your business location. Ask a Sales Representative to tell you the shipping cost once you have placed your order and when you should expect your delivery. Within B.C. you will usually see your order in 1-2 business days.
+ I am a student. Can I place a wholesale order?
Students cannot place wholesale orders until they are finished school and have their license/certification of completion.
+ What Tradeshows do you attend?
- Within Canada we usually attend a minimum of 3-5 of the Esthetique Spa International Spa Show’s annually. You will always see us at the Vancouver, Toronto and Alberta show annually.
- Within the US we generally attend the ISPA conference and tradeshow which moves to a different location each year & the IECSC Spa Show in Las Vegas.
+ Do you provide marketing support for each line?
Yes we offer marketing support. Marketing materials vary within each line but we offer posters, post cards, samples, bags, hi-resolution imaging, shelf talkers etc.
+ Do you provide training?
- Yes, training is absolutely free. It is important for you to know transportation cost is never factored into our product or packages so depending on where you are located, you may need to cover a portion of transportation costs and accommodation if necessary.
- Most of our line’s also come with superior training and product knowledge manuals. Some have informational DVD’s which are very educational!
